An exquisite, yet straightforward recipe using gebana ingredients – sent to us by customer Alice Uhlmann.

Preparation

  1. Roast the hazelnuts and peel them roughly.
  2. Melt equal amounts of milk and dark Togo chocolate.
  3. Gradually add the nuts to the melted chocolate.
  4. Using two teaspoons, remove the hazelnuts individually and place portions of three nuts together onto a baking tray and leave to dry.

Tip: For the perfect present, wrap up the pralines and put them in gebana gift bags!
